- You provide: name, email, billing address, phone, and subject property address.
- Payment: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Auto-collected: IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited.
- Cookies: session state and analytics. You may disable via browser settings.
§ 2 · How We Use Your Information
- Generate and deliver your Report;
- Process payments and send receipts;
- Respond to support inquiries;
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Send marketing emails only with your express opt-in consent.
§ 3 · How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share only with:
- Service providers (payment, hosting, email) under confidentiality obligations;
- Legal authorities when required by law or court order;
- Business successors in a merger or acquisition, with confidentiality protections;
- You — with your express consent.
§ 4 · Property Address Information
Subject property addresses are used solely to generate your Report. We do not publish, sell, or share them. We may retain addresses in aggregated, anonymized form for service improvement only.
§ 5 · Data Retention
Reports are retained for download for 90 days minimum. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing privacy@getparcelscope.com.
§ 6 · Data Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
§ 7 · Your Rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information depending on your jurisdiction. California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights. EEA/UK residents have GDPR rights. Contact privacy@getparcelscope.com to exercise any right.
§ 8 · Children's Privacy
Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us immediately if you believe a child's data was collected.

We will post material changes on our website with advance notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
